 Microsoft Power BI
  • From your workspace, open the report and click File

  • Click Embed report

  • Now you can click:

    • Website or portal if you want your users to log into a licensed Power BI account to see the report.
      The URL link will look like this: https://app.powerbi.com/reportEmbed...

    • Publish to web (public) if you want your report to be publicly available without login.
      The URL link will look like this: https://app.powerbi.com/view...

 

Please note that some Power BI features may not be supported in the public version of embedded reports.

 

 Microsoft Stream

The URL of the video is the web address of the Microsoft Stream video in your browser.

 Microsoft Forms

You can get the URL of your Microsoft Form by clicking on “Copy” under the tab “Share”.

Alternatively, if you are navigating the form as a viewer, you can copy the address displayed in your web browser’s address bar.

The forms must be publicly accessible to be embedded correctly.

If you are copying the URL from the address bar, make sure that you are NOT in edit mode, otherwise the form will not be embedded correctly.

 

 Microsoft Visio

You can get the URL of your Microsoft Visio graph by clicking on the Option button and then “Embed”.

A popup window will show up. You need to copy the “Embed URL”.

The graph must be publicly accessible to be embedded correctly.

 Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Forms

Retrieve the document URL

You can get the URL of your Google document by clicking on “Share”, then on the button ”Copy link”.

The document must be publicly accessible to be embedded correctly.
