Microsoft Forms for Confluence allows you to easily embed Microsoft Forms into your Confluence page in one click.

How to retrieve a Microsoft Form’s URL

Due to Microsoft’s security policies, privacy settings must be set to “Anyone can respond” to be embedded correctly.

You can get the URL of your Microsoft Form by clicking on “Collect responses” and “Copy link”.

If you want to embed the response summary in your Confluence page you’ll need the summary link.

Go to Responses tab, click on the option button and then on Get a summary link.

Copy it in your clipboard and paste it in your Confluence page.
