Replio for Jira – Admin Guide

To get Replio up and running, first, download and activate the Replio plugin from the Atlassian Marketplace.

Depending on the collaborative platform you are using, you will also need to download and install the Replio client app. You can find the updated client app inside the Replio Configuration page on your Jira instance:

  1. Select Apps -> Manage my apps from Jira navigation bar

 

2. Select Replio for Jira and click on Configure.

 

3. Download and install the Replio client app for Slack or Microsoft Teams

You are now ready to use Replio. You can find instructions on how to use it and what type of question Replio will answer in the User Guide.

Note for Microsoft Teams: If you upload the Replio client app on Teams admin centre, the deployment may take a few hours to complete.
