How to manage your SendGrid Connector subscription

SendGrid Connector for HubSpot adopts usage-based plans (email send packages). The right choice depends on how many emails your team sends through the app each month.

By default, all users are placed on the Free Plan, which includes 1000 free monthly mail sends.
You can always switch to a different plan, depending on your needs.
How to change plan
In the app’s settings panel (HubSpot Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps → SendGrid Connector → General Settings → Open), you can see your current plan and usage.
Click Upgrade (or Manage Plan, if you’re already on a paid plan).
Use the slider to select the email package that best fits your needs, then click Continue.
In the next screen you’ll see your plan’s price including VAT, but you’ll be able to add your VAT number and get VAT exemption in the next step.
Fill the form, then click Continue.
Now click on Add VAT number and confirm your VAT information.
Your plan’s price will be re-calculated with VAT exemption.
Proceed with the checkout, and you’re done!
How to manage your current paid plan
If you need to cancel your subscription, retrieve your invoices or change your payment method, go to the app’s settings panel, and click Manage Plan.
Click Manage on your plan. You’ll be redirected to Paddle.com where you can manage your active and canceled subscriptions.
