How to access SendGrid Connector's settings page and connect your SendGrid API

You need to have system admin access level in your HubSpot account in order to access the app’s settings page.

 

  1. Click on the Marketplace button in the upper right corner of HubSpot’s top bar, then Connected Apps.

  2. Click on SendGrid Connector.

  3. Under General Settings, click the Open button on the right.

  4. You can now enter the SendGrid API key that you’ve previously created and copied, than click Connect.

  5. Add properties in the Allowed Properties menu, so that they’re correctly sent to SendGrid to trigger substitutions in your dynamic email templates. Click Save.

  6. Done! You can now setup your HubSpot workflows using SendGrid Connector.
