10.2 If you evaluate and/or install Products those applications may transmit your data outside of the Atlassian’s systems during normal use, and Presago may be able to obtain access to your data through the applicable Atlassian Product’s application programming interface (API). Such access may result in the disclosure, modification or deletion of your data by Presago or the Presago Products. Further, Presago may collect and use data pertaining to your configuration and/or use of the Presago Products. Any information that Presago collects from you or your device will be subject to our Atlassian - Privacy Policy.
