Presago (“We”, “Us”, the “Company”, or “ Presago ”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We want to inform You (“you”, “your” or “end-user”) of how we use and protect your personal information or data (“Personal Data”). The present Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) covers the information we collect about you when you use our products or services, including all of our SaaS/Cloud software products and our downloadable software products (collectively, the “Apps”) and all public websites (“Website(s)”) provided and/or maintained by Presago, or otherwise interact with us (for example, by contacting us via email or Jira Service Management). We hereby refer to all of these products, Apps, and Websites, together with our other services, as “Services” in this Policy. “You” means the end-user of our products or the legal entity who that is the licensee of our products, or the visitor of our public websites.

If the Services are made available to you through an organization (e.g., your employer), that organization is the Services administrator of the Services and is responsible for controlling the access. If this is the case, please direct your data privacy questions to your administrator, as your use of the Services is subject to that organization’s policies.

All data collected in log files are used only for security and technical support. For example, we collect IP addresses to protect the security and safety of our products (prevent fraudsfraud, identify cyber-attacks, block unauthorized access, etc.).

CDN

We use Cloudflare's CDN network to serve, protect and optimize our app's worldwide traffic. All data exchanged between the end-user and our apps can traverse Cloudflare's global network before being processed by our servers.

Some of the external service providers can be located in so-called third countries outside the European Union. We expect that our third-party service providers will comply with the terms of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and that any international data transfers be made under a recognized basis, such as the US-EU Privacy Shield, EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and/or Binding Corporate Rules.

All data is stored on servers with restricted access, and only Presago’s authorized users have access to such data, to the extent required for the performance of their job duties. All staff with access to customer data are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and complete security and privacy awareness training. In addition, We will take reasonable precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your Personal Data. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be entirely secure. If you have reasons to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised), please immediately notify us immediately of the problem.
